Celebrating the Success of iCAN KIDS!
This page highlights the incredible achievements of our kids as they take their next steps toward bright futures. From college acceptances and career pathways to trade programs, certifications, and entrepreneurship; we celebrate every success story. Each spotlight represents hard work, resilience, growth, and the power of believing "I Can."

"I am incredibly proud of our iCAN kids. Their strength, brilliance, and determination remind me every day that there are no limits to what young people can accomplish when they are empowered to lead. I am honored to be a part of their journey!"

Sabina Schmidt Goldstein-Becerra,
Executive Director, iCAN

“The youth and young professionals in iCAN are truly remarkable in everything they do, not just with iCAN, but in life. I am endlessly proud of the way they use their voices to advocate not only for themselves, but for all children around the world. And it's not just about them as iCAN members - it's about them as extraordinary human beings who are leaders, innovators, and change makers. It is one of the greatest privileges of my career.”

President, iCAN

iCAN KIDS Successes

Leo
A huge congratulations to Leo for being accepted to the University of Michigan. Over his years leading KIDS Walter Payton, Leo has accomplished incredible things such as helping to lead KIDS Walter Payton's Challenge of 10 service programs and more. iCAN has been a better program having such an accomplished young person be involved in it.
"iCAN has been a big part of what made me interested in public health and biology, and I am really grateful for the support I have received through my involvement. Being part of iCAN has meant a lot to me, and I appreciate everything you do for the students involved!" (Leo)
We can't wait to see all that you go on to accomplish!
