This event provides our youth members with an invaluable opportunity to learn from one another, and to network with leading professionals, including industry and clinicians, from around the globe. In turn, the iCAN Summit offers the scientific community an opportunity to engage directly with children and parents, so that they may learn about the value and the importance of the influence of children on research, medicine, and innovation.

Since the inception of iCAN, an annual iCAN Summit has been offered to provide young people an opportunity to work with medical professionals, community leaders, scientists, and researchers in medicine, science, health, and technology to improve the health and well-being of all children, especially those with chronic conditions and rare diseases.

Kids, if you loved this experience and would like to help shape the future of iCAN Summits, we invite you to apply to join the Kids' Summit Planning Committee for the 2027 Summit!
Planning Committee members work alongside the iCAN team throughout the year to help develop sessions, activities, and new ideas for the next Summit. Those who are selected, actively participate, and fulfill their Planning Committee responsibilities will receive travel support and a stipend to attend the 2027 iCAN Summit.
